Due to the nature of our product (i.e. no one wants to buy a mask that someone else has already tried on), refunds and exchange requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. That said, creating an exceptional customer experience is what UnMask is all about. Here, good enough - isn’t. We pride ourselves in addressing our customer’s needs quickly and on a personal level. You can buy an UnMask with confidence knowing we’re dedicated to our customer’s experience.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within one business day. Standard shipping is flat rate. Orders over $70 offer free standard shipping (order total computed after discounts and not including taxes) We also offer a range of expedited shipping options at additional charge. Your order will be followed up with an email confirmation and then followed by a shipping confirmation with the tracking number associated with your package when it ships.

We can also proudly ship to military bases. To ship to a military address, please follow the instructions below:

• Address - Unit [Number] Box [Number] you must use the word "Box" or it will not transfer correctly
• City - Enter APO, FPO or DPO
• State - Enter AA, AE or AP
• Zip - Enter Zip Code of your APO, FPO or DPO

Unmask accepts most credit and debit cards. COD orders are not accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
